(If you can’t see the video, watch Nasi Campur on YouTube here)
Thank you for watching!
Nasi campur, a combination of different curries over rice, has long been one of my favorite Malaysian food meals?(and Indonesia).
Unlike nasi lemak (which is equally outstanding, but includes fewer dish choices and different ingredients), nasi campur is a smorgasbord that includes so many different dishes, it can be a challenging choice.
But choosing food is the type of challenge I love!
There were over 80 different dishes at Lina Sea Food Restaurant?in Kampung Baru, Kuala Lumpur, and everything I piled onto my rice was most excellent.
Oh yah, the mother invited me back to the kitchen for some tasty snacks as well!
